Group Nutrition Coaching
The fitness industry is filled with quick fixes and “easy” promises. In our experience, it takes time and patience to find strategies that work for us to stay both consistent and flexible as we navigate our dynamic lives. It also requires support from others so that we are able to gain perspective outside of our own experience. BIGMO Fitness coaching provides the time, support, attention, and compassion that is required to build habits and that you and your health deserve.
This package includes:
Weekly Group Coaching Office Hours
Every Thursday from 12pm to 1pm EST Morgan be available for anyone to drop in on Zoom and ask questions or share something around which they would like to receive support. These sessions are recorded so that anyone who isn’t able to attend can access the topics covered at their own convenience.
Weekly Focus Form
Every Sunday, you receive a form that guides you through creating a clear plan for your nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindset and connections. Morgan will review your plan every Monday and set up reminders and check in messages based on your plan.
Monthly Goal Review and Progress Form
At the end of each month, you receive a form asking you how satisfied you are with your nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindset, and connections (self/others/environment). This helps us to celebrate and highlight factors that feel fulfilling, and create strategies around factors that need extra attention.
Quarterly Group Challenges
Every quarter, as a group, we focus on a particular factor of fitness, and habits and strategies related to that factor. This is intended to generate momentum and motivation, inspire new ideas, and increase overall engagement in the process.
A La Carte Private Sessions
Morgan is available for private sessions any time you are in need of 1-on-1 attention. Sessions are $50 per 30 minutes of private call time, and you will receive an email summary of the call including any plan or goal updates created during the call.

Zoom At-Home Workouts
Every (days/times) you can work out with Morgan over Zoom! Classes are designed to be all bodyweight (with the option to add weights if you have them), and can be done with very little space, and for all fitness levels. They are recorded and shared in the member area at (website).
